These Terms cover your use of ArliaHair.com and any order you place with us. ArliaHair is the brand name operated by Yoseen Hair Limited. Placing an order or using the site means you accept these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Business Information
ArliaHair is operated by Yoseen Hair Limited, Business Registration No. 80004147, FLAT 1506, 15/F, CHEUNG FUNG COMMERCIAL BLDG, 21-25 CHEUNG SHA WAN ROAD, SHAM SHUI PO, HONG KONG 999077.

2. Definitions
"ArliaHair", "we", "us", "our" means Yoseen Hair Limited operating the ArliaHair brand and ArliaHair.com. "You", "your", and "Customer" mean the individual using the site or placing an order. "Site" means ArliaHair.com and any subdomains.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or place an order. Orders intended as gifts may be received by minors, but the contracting party is the adult or eligible customer who paid.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity under your account. If something looks off, let us know right away. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, or activity that violates these Terms.
5. Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order is your offer to buy at the price shown. We accept that offer when we confirm order acceptance or begin the fulfillment workflow. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance, including for inventory mismatch, suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, address risk, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel before acceptance, we will refund any payment received.
All ArliaHair hair products include a customization element. Some items may be pre-produced or ready-to-finish, but each order still requires final customization, checking, finishing, and packing before dispatch.
6. Cancellation
You may request cancellation within 8 hours after placing the order, measured by the time you send an online message or email. If production or order-specific finishing has not started, we will cancel the order and refund the payment to the original payment method where possible. Once production, customization, final finishing, or dispatch preparation has started, the order cannot be canceled.
7. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in USD unless checkout displays another currency. Product prices do not include VAT/GST, duties, import fees, customs handling fees, or similar charges unless expressly shown at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and customs charges collected by carriers, customs authorities, payment providers, or local authorities. Payments are handled by third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods shown at checkout. We do not store full card numbers.
8. Promotions, Codes & Store Credit
One discount code or voucher per order unless explicitly stackable. Codes may not be applied to gift cards, final-sale items, or after checkout unless we state otherwise. ColorMatch Ring Set vouchers, store credit, affiliate terms, salon partner terms, and wholesale or bulk orders may follow separate program rules. Store credit expires 12 months from issue unless prohibited by law.
9. Order Limits
We may limit quantities sold to any one customer, account, address, or household, especially during promotions or new launches.
10. Product Descriptions, Color & Length
We work hard to depict shades and length accurately, but every screen and lighting environment can differ. To confirm shade with confidence, we recommend a swatch ring or free stylist photo consult before ordering. Length is measured according to the product description and may appear different once worn, layered, curled, or installed.
11. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping, cancellation, returns, refunds, quality concerns, duties, and payment handling are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Payment Policy, which form part of these Terms by reference.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on ArliaHair.com, including text, photography, video, logos, packaging artwork, product names, and design assets, is owned by ArliaHair, Yoseen Hair Limited, or licensed to us. Personal use, such as saving an image to share with a stylist or screenshotting for color reference, is welcome. Commercial reuse, scraping, copying, or modification requires written permission.
13. User Content
If you post a review, tag us, or send us a photo, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing, review display, and customer support, with credit where reasonable. You can revoke this license for future active marketing use by emailing us; we will remove the content from active use within a reasonable period where technically and legally possible.
14. Prohibited Use
Please do not reverse-engineer, scrape, interfere with the site, submit false information at checkout, use the site for unlawful purposes, abuse promotions, infringe intellectual property, or resell our products without a wholesale or salon-partner agreement.
15. Disclaimers
Products are sold as described. Outside applicable consumer protection law, we make no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Hair extensions and related products are styling products; performance depends on application, care, maintenance, and individual hair condition.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our maximum liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a product is the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs delays, government action, labor disruptions, supplier issues, internet outages, platform outages, or payment-provider interruptions.
18. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Hong Kong will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable consumer law gives you a mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a claim, both sides agree to try to resolve the dispute in good faith through customer support.
19. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here at least 14 days before they take effect where reasonably possible or where required by law.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
