This Payment Policy explains how payments are accepted, how currencies and taxes are handled, and what happens if a payment is declined, verified, canceled, or refunded. Placing an order through ArliaHair.com means you agree to the payment terms below.

1. Business Information

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. ArliaHair may support major credit and debit cards and express checkout options, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Maestro, UnionPay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe-supported card payments, and similar services where shown at checkout.

3. Currency

Prices are shown and charged in USD unless checkout displays another currency. If your card or payment account uses a different currency, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction fee.

4. Taxes, Duties & Fees

Product prices do not include VAT/GST, duties, import fees, customs handling fees, brokerage fees, or similar government charges unless expressly shown at checkout. ArliaHair does not generally collect VAT/GST or sales tax at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, customs handling fees, or similar charges collected by the carrier, customs authority, payment provider, or local authority on or before delivery.

5. Payment Authorization

Your order enters review after payment is successfully submitted or authorized. All ArliaHair hair products include a customization element. Pre-produced ready-to-finish inventory can move into final customization and dispatch preparation after order acceptance. Premium custom-made products enter production after order acceptance and successful payment authorization.

6. Secure Checkout

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and similar services shown at checkout. ArliaHair does not store your full card number on our servers. Checkout pages are protected by HTTPS/TLS and payment providers use PCI-DSS-compliant payment infrastructure.

7. Failed or Declined Payments

A payment may fail or be declined because of insufficient funds, bank review, incorrect billing details, payment-provider limits, suspected fraud, or a technical issue. If payment is not completed, the order may not be accepted or processed.

8. Order Verification

For fraud prevention and customer protection, we may review orders before acceptance. We may contact you to confirm billing, shipping, or payment details. If an order cannot be verified, we may cancel it and refund any payment received.

9. Cancellation

You may request cancellation within 8 hours after placing the order, measured by the time you send an online message or email. If the request is received within 8 hours and production or order-specific finishing has not started, we will cancel the order and refund the payment to the original payment method where possible. Once production, customization, final finishing, or dispatch preparation has started, the order cannot be canceled.

10. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider, card issuer, or bank. Shipping charges, duties, import fees, customs handling fees, and currency-conversion charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.
