Tiered Commission — The More You Sell, The More You Earn

• Tier 1 · Starter — 5% commission on every tracked sale. All approved ambassadors begin here.

• Tier 2 · Rising — Once your tracked sales exceed $5,000 lifetime, you're automatically promoted to 7%.

• Tier 3 · Top — Cross $10,000 in tracked sales and unlock our top rate of 10%. Top tier is reviewed every 6 months: if tracked sales fall below $1,000 in any rolling 6-month window, the account drops back to Tier 2.

Where Your Code Earns Most — Halo, Tape-In, Tip, Weft, Ring, and Seamless Clip collections run on the full ladder: every shade, every tier, no asterisks. The Signature Volume Clip-Ins, our most-loved everyday line, has its own playbook: Solid shades — your code unlocks 10% off for your audience and you earn a flat 5% on every order at every tier. Hand-finished Rooted, Highlight & Multi-tonal shades — these are limited artisan colorways with their own pricing, so they sit outside the standard affiliate flow. We feature them in seasonal storytelling campaigns instead.

30-day cookie — you earn on any qualifying purchase made within 30 days of a click on your link. Codes earn permanently — any order using your code is credited to you, regardless of cookie status. When both a code and a cookie apply, the code takes precedence (an order is credited only once).

Your audience saves with your code: 10% off, single-use per customer (first-order only). The code stacks with automatic shipping & gift thresholds, but cannot be combined with other promo codes or site-wide sales.

Commissions are calculated on the post-discount order subtotal — that is, after the ambassador's own discount code (or any applicable site promotion) and before shipping/tax. This prevents double-stacking discount + commission on the full retail price.

Payouts: minimum $50 balance, paid monthly via PayPal on the 15th of each month for sales confirmed in the previous calendar month (after a 30-day return window). Refunded or charged-back orders are deducted from pending commission.
