Every ArliaHair order travels through a clear fulfillment timeline before it reaches you: order acceptance, custom finishing when needed, dispatch, and courier transit. All ArliaHair products include a customization element. Some items may be pre-produced or ready-to-finish, but each order still requires final checking, shade/length confirmation, finishing, packing, and dispatch handling before it ships.

1. At a Glance

Pre-produced ready-to-finish inventory has already completed most production steps, but it still requires order-specific finishing and quality control before dispatch.

Premium custom-made products require 7-15 calendar days for production before dispatch.

After the item is ready, dispatch handling takes 1 business day. Courier transit for key regions usually takes 3-5 days after dispatch, excluding customs clearance time, carrier delays, remote-area delivery, and force-majeure events.

Orders $200+: free premium shipping. Orders $300+: a complimentary extension-care gift. Orders $400+: a complimentary styling gift. Any product combination totaling 400g: a complimentary ColorMatch Ring Set.

Product prices do not include VAT/GST, duties, import fees, customs handling fees, or similar government charges. These charges are not collected by us at checkout unless expressly shown. The customer is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs charges collected by the carrier, customs authority, payment provider, or local authority.

3. Where We Ship

We ship to the United States (including AK, HI, and PR), Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and many other regions. Orders may ship from Hong Kong or Qingdao depending on inventory, finishing workflow, and carrier availability. If your country is not available at checkout, write to support@arliahair.com and we will confirm whether a route is available.

4. Processing Time (How Long Until It Ships)

Processing time depends on the product type and the customization work needed before dispatch. Estimated timelines are shown before checkout whenever available:

Pre-produced ready-to-finish inventory - after order acceptance, the item moves into final customization, quality control, packing, and dispatch handling. These items do not require the full custom production wait time.

Premium custom-made products - 7-15 calendar days for production after order acceptance.

Dispatch handling - 1 business day after the item is ready to ship.

Courier transit - usually 3-5 days after dispatch for key regions, excluding customs clearance time, remote-area delivery, and carrier disruptions. Each order receives an email confirmation with tracking once dispatched.

5. Shipping Methods & Costs

Carriers may include FedEx, UPS, DHL, YunExpress, 4PX, USPS, and comparable regional carriers. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on weight, destination, service availability, and order value. The Premium tier is included free on orders $200+ where available.

Standard Worldwide - calculated at checkout where available.

Premium Express - calculated at checkout where available, and included free on orders $200+ where the route supports it.

Pre-produced ready-to-finish items: order acceptance, final customization and quality control, dispatch handling of 1 business day once ready, then courier transit usually 3-5 days after dispatch, excluding customs clearance time.

Premium custom-made products: order acceptance, production time of 7-15 calendar days, dispatch handling of 1 business day once ready, then courier transit usually 3-5 days after dispatch, excluding customs clearance time.

PO Box, APO, and FPO addresses are accepted on Standard Worldwide only where carrier service is available; please allow extended delivery time.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Product prices do not include VAT/GST, duties, import fees, customs handling fees, brokerage fees, or similar government charges. These charges are not collected by us at checkout unless expressly shown during checkout. International orders are generally shipped on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis, so the customer is responsible for paying import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs handling fees, or other charges collected by the carrier, customs authority, payment provider, or local authority on or before delivery. We can provide a commercial invoice on request.

7. Tracking & In-Transit Care

You will receive your tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch. If tracking has not updated for 5+ business days, write to us and our care team will open a trace with the carrier where available.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but the parcel is not in hand, please reach out within 7 days so we can support a carrier investigation. Resolutions vary by carrier and incident, and we will share the available steps and outcome with you.

8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. Once an order has shipped, address changes are controlled by the carrier. We will help where we can, but cannot promise that a change will succeed.

9. Rewards & Gift Thresholds

Individual shoppers can unlock ArliaHair rewards according to the following thresholds:
